Booking Information

Calender

How to book:

My books are always open! I book about 2 to 3 months in advance, year-round. I do all my bookings through my email or instagram. If you are booking a new project, please read the "New project" section below. I make sure I do my best to answer everyone within 3 to 4 days. If your email has been unanswered for longer than that, please don't hesitate to email me again!

Person Writing

Design process:

All details about your design are discussed through email/instagram. If there is anything you would like me to add that you might have missed in our chat, please message me at least 3 days before your appointment. I do not send out designs prior to your appointment. Any changes that you would like to make to the design, I would be more than happy to make for you while you are in the studio with me. There are no exceptions to that.

Table Calendar

My schedule:

I am usually in the studio Tuesday through Saturday, 10am to 6pm (5pm in the winter time). Friday and Saturday booking times tend to fill up faster, and I do periodically close off weekend bookings [because of high demand]. Updates can be found through my Instagram, usually through the 'story' feature.

Replanting

New projects:

In your email, please include reference photos, sizing, placement (and pictures of the area), what your schedule looks like, and any other important details you may want me to add!

Booking requirements/pricing

All of my work is priced at an hourly rate of $180, and the time does not start until I start actually tattooing (stenciling/drawing on the skin is not charged). I require a non-refundable retainer to book ANY and ALL appointments. Consultations are free of charge.

Retainer Policy:

  • The retainer is non-refundable

  • It comes off the total price of the tattoo

  • It's required to book an appointment, and required to be paid within days of receiving and invoice [unless paid in person]

  • I require one week's notice if rescheduling is needed, for the retainer to remain valid and transferred to the rescheduled appointment. Less than one week will require a new retainer to be paid [and the previous retainer will be forfeited].

  • Being 15 minutes [or more] late to your appointment without contacting me will forfeit your retainer and no longer come off the total price of the tattoo.

  • If we have rescheduled an appointment more than once, the retainer value will keep increasing each time a reschedule is needed.
